We currently ship to destinations in the EU and Norway and to the US. 

Ghongha offers UK customers Royal Mail delivery – tracked and at yours within 3 days delivery aim. All EU orders are also send with Royal mail UK or Postnord SWE and will aim to be with you within 3 – 5 business days (for pre orders; available date + 3-5 business days). All shipment to the US is estimated to arrive within 1-2 weeks. 

Please note that in addition to the Ghongha bottles ordered and delivery charges, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.

Returns

If you bought your Ghongha bottle on this website you can refund it with us. If you bought it in a store or fitness studio please contact them directly. We can offer you a refund for your purchase on our website within 14 days of your purchase. The Ghongha bottle then has to be unused and in a new condition. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. We recommend using a insured trackable service for your refund as we can not be responsible for packages lost in the mail.
